Over 85% of buyers are shopping online and you have less than 10 seconds to capture their interest! Your home will be professionally photographed. (Aerial photographs for Rural or Waterfront properties.) You will get a lovely book full of all of the professional pictures of your house as a keepsake.

How your home gets advertised matters. I embrace technology and keep up to date with the current marketing trends. Your home needs to be in front of as many buyers as possible.
Your home will have a Youtube video, be advertised on MLS(realtor.ca), Facebook, Instagram, The Ottawa Real Estate Board website, my personal website, Innovation Realty’s website, and many other 3rd party websites. It will be shared with my own client family of over 400 people, as well as the many professional Real Estate Groups I am a part of. A sign on your lawn as well as directional signs directing buyers to your house. (if needed)

Helping you determine the price, evaluating your home and highlighting the best features, taking room measurements, collecting all the important information and details about the house, organizing the stager and photographer, advertising and marketing your home, organizing and booking showings on your home, screening all buyers that come through your home and eliminating “tire kickers” or buyers who are not financially pre-approved to buy, negotiating the best price and terms for you when offers come in, organizing the paperwork and communicating with your lawyer and lender/bank, turning the SOLD sign around, and helping you organize moving.
