Since 2006 years I have been helping families buy and sell homes in Ottawa and the Ottawa Valley. That is a lot of experience to help you choose the right home and negotiate the best price.

Flexible communication

Do you prefer meeting face to face? Maybe you love chatting via text, or email is the easiest for you? I work with you the way you choose. You can even sign paperwork with your smartphone or laptop with signature, or we can meet in your home, or at either of my offices in Carleton Place or Stittsville.

Whether you need help choosing a home inspector, bank/mortgage broker, real estate lawyer, landscaper, painter, plumber, mover or any other type of contractor, I have a list of trusted and experienced professionals to choose from.

Access to homes before they hit MLS

I can set you up on a home search, so you get brand new listings emailed right to your email before they go on MLS. This will help give you an advantage over a lot of other buyers.

I will also book and organize all of the appointments for any homes you want to see and walk you through each home.
